Spending that time on foundation work really has made a difference.

At class again last night doing various biu mar drills, I found I wasn’t having to worry too much about my feet. Also playing chi sau with a partner, I wasn’t tiring and could keep my shape because I’d done a lot of rolling arms on my own.
