Lee, I just looked at Module 7.8 as you referenced and you are correct. Si-Fu says on the bong Sau our wrist should be in center when practicing on the wooden dummy. Thank you again Si-Fu for the feed back on my wooden dummy form. Also, just wanted to let you know that I still haven’t received my assessments results from back in March. The year is almost over and I planned to do one assessment a year if possible. You can post the results here if that’s easier for you.
