I enjoy Martial Arts both ,internal and external.
Ive been trained Tae Kwon Do,Bagua, Tai Chi ,
Aikido, And my love Wing Chun.

Hi, I rejoined after a little over a year.
This time I decided to go with the “very serious about training” subscription.
I was wondering how the weekly feedback works.
Where do I send my videos, or where do I upload them?

Regarding time zones, clocks in the UK will change this weekend, meaning that livestream classes will be back to normal from next week until October.

However, this Monday is a bank holiday (National holiday), therefore Monday 1st April (Easter Monday), will be a pre-recorded session.

I just got the notification for this @Kenneth v. For this month, it would be 2 pm CST (depending on where you are in the States). Starting next month, it will be 1 pm CST.

I wasnt sure when to actually join in so the 7pm would be for the states? I also needed to get another camera. Which I did so I should be able to join in.

I find the snooker cue analogy very helpful. I have played pool a fair amount, and consider my use the of cue to be good. I keep a relaxed grip, but apply lots of power a split second before I strike the ball. Using this analogy on the wall bag seems like a good step forwards in terms of training.
