HI,
just wondering, is there a complete Knife Form overview video I can watch? I want to make sure I have all the sections in the correct order.
Thanks.

I live near Lichfield, btw.

This is mainly due to me being Autistic (high functioning). I am quickly finding that Wing Chun is giving me back my physical confience, in both fine and general motor skills.
There has also…[Read more]
