Maybe if you would all spend a little less time training and a little more time on internetforums I´ll bet you would have known what TTT meant ……HAHA-)

Anyway. I am very much looking forward to the Video.
      Thank you Sifu.

“Perhaps the best thing would be for you to first form a group so that you can all train under the same direction, that way when I offer my personal teaching you will get the most from it.”

That is what I plan to do. At the moment however, I am simply not physically able. I just had surgery and I am stll waiting on the results. So in a bit of a struggle at this point…..

This website is my “salvation” while I am recovering-)

      Best regads.

      Hi Sifu

      Sorry for the late response.

I am unfortunately not in the UK. I am in Denmark.
I have been looking around FB seaching for the post without any luck, but I will give it another try.

Regarding training partners….. My primary Wing Chun teacher is Stephen Mair. I would suspect you must at least have crossed path with each other in some way during the early days of UK Wing Chun?

Stephen is my friend but we havent trained for about 2 years now, due to “life”-)

I myself is a JKD instructor and I have been teaching since around 2000. I quit teaching groupclasses when I moved away from Copenhagen in 2006 and since I have only been teaching privately.
At the moment I am coming back from injuries as well as serious illness and therefore not really teaching anyone at all.
Hence, my training partner is my brain and the forms-)

I do however have connections to a group of good guys up in Copenhagen, and perhaps I could get them to co-sponsor a seminar with you at some point?

      Best regards.

      Thank you.

I am still not sure if i totally get it. -) But I will practice as it is being taught in the videos.
Hopefully we will meet one day and you can show me in person.

Which leads me to a comppletely different question. In a blog from August 2017 you mention personal training, evaluation/seminar type.
I cant seem to find any further info though?

      Kind regards.

      Hi again.

I got it, i particular having the changing “high” as an option, I guess the overcommitment “low” part is true too, allthough skill should minimize that.

I still am not really a 100% comfortable on the Tan- I seem to always end up in a Bongsao regardless of whether I come forward with a Tan or a strike?

      My reasoning being……
If one assumes that the trainingpartner goes for centerline, my take is that a Tansao would only really protect you if you turn?

I cincerely hope that this doesn´t come across as me questioning your way of doing it. It is very much the contrary. I want to follow everything in this course to the detail and I therefore want to be sure that I fully understand everything.

      Thanks again.

Thank you. I kind of had a hunch it would be something like that, but I needed the confirmation-:)
Anyway, I am very happy to be onboard the Purewingchun train.
