Hi Sifu,
All good here for the time being, thanks.
I’ll happily take correct(ish) and keep playing around, just trying to make sure I don’t stray too far.
Thank you as always, Sifu.
Take good care,

Sifu,
Hope you are well and navigating this crazy time.
I have a question regarding chum kui. Multiple times we find ourselves “closing a section/sequence” with a jum/man sau type technique, then bringing up and placing the back of the other hand against it (sharing centre), to then side palm as the other hand pulls back. I train what this is a…[Read more]

Sifu,
All is great thank you!
Thank you for your thoughts and quick reply, I was airing on the early teen ages. At this point it is absolutely you teaching 🙂 It’s been far too long and I am not fluent enough any more to do more than facilitate what you have laid out here. I didn’t think of this before, but is there an age requirement to use…[Read more]

Hi Sifu,
I hope all is well with you back in the motherland??
I have recently found a good partner to get some training with, he has a touch of Wing Chun experience and is a part time boxing trainer at one of the local gyms. Through my sessions with him at the gym I have had some interest from others wishing to pick it up in various degrees. 2…[Read more]

Hi Seneca,
Thanks, I will definitely be back in Denver at some point pretty soon. Work brings me this way from Park City, UT a fair amount.
Thanks again,

Hi all,
Just checking to see if there are any people using the site located in the Denver Colorado area? That would like to possibly get a little partner training in. I’m going to be in town until Friday morning if there are people up for it.
Thanks so much,
Ben -

Hello Sifu and fellow students,
Amazing to be here! I was very fortunate to be a part of Sifu Ward’s association (NWCKFA) back in the day in Scarborough, Bridlington and a few Leeds classes and count my time with him and the students there as a hugely important and instructive part of my life.
It has been a good few years and many grey hairs…[Read more]
