Sifu,
I understand. However, the page is providing the purchase option for SLT assessment already. This is why I wrote you.
Love and gratitude,

Whenever I am entering the grading assessment page, it shows a list of payment options. The SLT assessment costs $40. Is there an error with the website?

Hi Sifu,
I signed up for $30/month serious membership plan, which is supposed to include the assessment fee, I guess. But when I am trying to shoot into the gradation section to apply for Siu Lim Tao assessment, it is asking me to make $40 payment. Please help me with this.
Yours in the moment,

Hi Sifu,
As I was studying the SLT form, I found that the part-2 of SLT Section 3 (Tan – Gaun – Tan part) is missing from the library. The part-1, part-3, and part-4, are very nicely present over there in the Module 3. There is actually a video title that says ‘Siu Lim Tau – Section 3, Part 2’, however the content basically explains that last p…[Read more] -

Hi Sifu,
I’ve been practicing the section 1 of Siu Lim Tao form, the way you taught us, for a while now. I was wondering how does it look like from the side view. Please enlighten me, if you find an error in it. I think I am having a little bit of trouble with keeping my fist at proper distance from the chest when bring it back from Fook Sau to Wu…[Read more] -

Hi Sifu,
I only have a friend of mine who trains with me on a daily basis. We started to train for 2 hours a day, for 7 days a week. We are working on EACH and EVERY technique and principle that you’re teaching me, by putting in thousands of repetitions with good form. Joining this place has been the BEST decision I’ve made so far.
Thank you so…[Read more] -

Hi Sifu,
Well, as you said that we should not be activating the muscular tension when practicing the first section of Siu Lim Tao form, I’m not quite understanding where is the resistance against the external force coming from. I believe that it is coming from the muscle that is around elbow (and not triceps or shoulder). But again, I could be…[Read more] -
