Greetings Sifu,

This week James introduced the double-kick. His instruction included a turn on the ball of the foot when positioning for the second kick (which makes complete sense).

My apologies, I am sure this has been covered but I cannot find it.

When I use a lap sau from a bong, do I do it over the bong or below? Are these simply interchangeable with preference or do scenarios predict which one to use?
