Hello all, wanted to put this question out here first. Wanted to know if any of you had any great ideas on how to get better at wing chun when your totally solo. I do not have a Chi sau partner and my homemade wooden dummy was blown away in the hurricane last year. So with that being said any thoughts on how I can get better?

Hello all, is it just me or is anyone else getting the message “time to upgrade” I mean it’s not all the time but enough to aggravate. I’ve written several times then it will work and then he next day bam back again. I’m sure it’s a easy fix, any ideas?

I know I’ve seen this but can’t find the thread in the forum, where is the video showing the third section of Chum Kiu?

Just food for thought, while taking the courses and when the courses focus on turning I took it lightly, saying to myself it’s a turn I got this. WRONG!!
