      Thank you sifu
I recently bought a wooden dummy on eBay. It’s new and apparently was made in Spain. It costs around 400 dollars with free shipping. I am satisfied with it. The only thing is that the base does not allow me to step in like the one you have in your gymnasium as it’s hung up. Otherwise it’s good.

Thank you sifu. Yes it’s useful. I will go to Home Depot to start looking for the type of materials in the video.

Thank you sifu. I live in Houston, Texas. Last time I checked online the cost is around 1200 to 1500 US dollars but I am not sur about the shipping cost. It seems to come in different heights.

      Hi sifu
I kept thinking about bong sao now I think I understand that bong sao is like a Pak Sau from underneath in a direction vertical to the incoming punch, right?

      Hi sifu
      I have 2 questions
      1. In section 1 of Siu Lim Tau how far and high should my fuk Sau go? As far and high as the tan sao?
      2. With Bong Sau I don’t understand when you said if you want to use power, think of like jamming a Pak Sau but with palm upside down (in your explanation to Joseph on Bong Sau)

      Thank you sifu.
You are right in that I need to be very familiar with the form first before incorporating breathing. I did try in sesction 1 but not in other session yet. But its my goal.
I am committed to Siu Lim Tao this year. I continue to find your videos very informative an helpful in understanding what i am doing. I look forward to meeting you in the future even though I am in the US.

      Hi sifu
With Siu Lim Tao when I do the fuk Sau and Wu sau sequence in the first session, do I need to follow any breathing technique?
