Hi Sifu

Example warm up, drills, pad work ect..
Perhaps just do it once, so those interested can see what happens.

Hi Sifu,
Wondering if you would ever consider a live stream of your class in the UK.?
I have never seen a Wing Chun Class,other then our live on line. Which I really enjoy.
I find it to be very interesting to watch a class from start to finish.
What are your thoughts?
Respectful,

A person trains or crosstrains in several styles and gets proficient at them.
Then gets into an altercation, you never know what will come out;
until the issue is dealt with.
eye gouge, broken knee cap,broken nose broken wrist,the possibilities are endless.

Okay at 61 years old parts don’t move like they used to. One of my knees acts up when applying the turning punch. Especially when I lean Slightly back.
Any recommendations on how to adjust this issue.? -
