Hello Sifu,
Should I take one or two videos each day and practice them or should I do one a day?
There’s so much information I feel lost 😞
Thank you,

Hi,
It’s Brian Peace!,
I have learned over the years that relaxation relies on your breathing, let your mind go. The more you Think, the more tense you become.
Or may I quote “don’t think,feel”. -

I have realized that taking it slow is important, I’m reviewing module 1 and realized that I forgot some important information. So now I’m going to practice one video or maybe two videos per day to absorb what is being said.
If anyone has any input it will be appreciated 😊Brian Peace

Hello,
My name is Brian Peace and I had hip surgery last week, and I’ll be off my feet for six weeks! So I’ve been practicing while on my butt lol 😂
I’m to Sil Lim Tao first section now.
I’m just exiting that I can do basic wing chun while in this condition.
Wing chun is great 👍 -

My name is Brian Peace and I’m 54 years old.
My question is do I need a wooden dummy to learn wing chun?
I cannnot afford one and I don’t know how to build one either.
I really want to learn this art , but this would definitely be a road block 😩
Thanks,
Brian Peace
