Turning On Toes?

Turn on your toes?

NEVER!

But then again, never say never, perhaps there may be the rare occasion when it’s possibly ok?

We’ve all seen bizarre things on the internet, and it is the easiest thing for people to criticise (which they do, A LOT), but try to see the good in what people are sharing before you go in ‘All guns blazing‘.

Cheun Mar (Turning stance) for instance is one biggie that (for me) is a contender.

It is so important that we turn on our heels and NOT our toes, so as to keep grounded throughout the move and not present any danger of uprooting our stance before then trying to settle again, before finally using our attack or defence.

BUT

Taking a leaf out of my own book…

Never say never, and perhaps there may be the rare occasion when it’s ok?

This short video will explain what I mean.

Thank you.
