Think Of Energy As Money

This is a great way to think about the energy you use, especially in Chi Sau.

When it comes to skill in Chi Sau it is not how much energy we have but how well we use what we have.

Look at it this way, thinking of energy as money, it may seem to be a good thing to have lots of cash, but if you squander it by throwing it all over the place then you’r not going to have it for very long are you?

Then what will you do?

The poor man however is very careful and makes the little he has go a long way.

So I guess the perfect solution is to have the wealth yes, but be careful not to waste it.  🙂
