The Correct Street Defence Attitude

On Thursday 21st January 2021 I posted a blog called:

Todays video snippet is from a Livestream class given just a couple of hours ago where I describe this same idea in a little more detail, covering the correct attitude needed in street self defence and the importance of creating a trigger switch.

 

Here we also give you the chance to join in with the fun of a little Virtual Sparring.

 

Oh and I’d like to add, I do NOT usually dress like this when teaching, however the Saturday class is usually a much more relaxed affair and my plan today had only been to train Siu Lim Tau and section 4 of the Wooden Dummy, this was a little extra.  🙂
