Some Top Tips For Chi Sau

 

Here’s a little clip I made, showing the three main principles I use in Chi Sau;

Rolling with thought on the elbow tips

Force/Power/Energy/Resistance etc coming from the base of the forearm

The importance of keeping the hands relaxed (Until it’s time to not be relaxed).

 

In this video I give some tips in Chi Sau, covering the use of a Kau Sau/Gum and punch instead of the standard double Gum and punch technique, also a sensitivity drill used in getting the best results when using a Pak Sau.
