Is It Possible To Create Your Own Wing Chun School?

This site is designed to teach you the whole Wing Chun system, step by step, stage by stage, and in order (with more videos added all the time).

This will take a person from the beginner all the way to the advanced.

LOTS of Wing Chun you can learn on your own but at some point you will need someone to train with, that’s what we refer to as the buddy system.  The best way to learn fast, certainly if a person has no access to a school, is to try to get yourself and a few friends to all start training (at your homes, solo) and then come together whenever possible, to practice the partner side of your studies.

Look at it this way, before you can partner, you need to know what you are doing yourself, how to stand, how to punch, what the blocking positions are and so on, ALL of this you can do on your own, maybe even before you look for partners (that way you may feel more confident with what you are doing).  If a person ‘can’ join a school then great, as will help you to better understand what is being taught, but if you have no school, then why not create your own school!

By way of like-minded people just training together, allowing ME to be your guide and teacher, with you being the coach, calling for partner changes, arranging the next meeting and deciding on what videos to watch and study before the next session.

The sooner the better regarding training buddies, and the more arms the better, as the more variation in arms will give you the best way of making your Wing Chun work for you.

If there’s no-one on our forum close to you then perhaps ask your friends on Facebook etc if they may be interested joining you on this plan, and if so, you can then arrange to meet once or more each week to go through your partner training.

I hope this helps and hope to see you with your buddies on the site soon, and remember, if you need help along the way, we are waiting. 🙂

Best of luck finding your troop and please let me know how you are getting on?
