P.E.R.T. in chi sau
It is important that we remember there are four main areas of training in Chi Sau,
Position, Energy, Reaction, Technique, and these are laid out in order of importance.
This is the least important and basically refers to anything you can see and touch, Tan Sau, Turning Punch etc.
The more you train the faster you get.
The does not refer to how much energy you have, but how well you use what you have.
This does not mean your hands or techniques but refers to your body position when executing the move.
It is the body position that will determine whether a technique works or not.
