Never Neglect Basics

I had a great class last night spending time with seniors.

However, after a little look at some detail in basics, I was shocked to see what had slipped.

So remember, no matter how far you progress in your studies, always keep your basics a close friend.

Not that this has to always be ‘the way’ and ‘the only way’, no, not at all.

But so that you better understand the workings of your technique and therefore get the most from it.
