Mixing Things Up

White wine does not always have to go with chicken & fish, in the same way that red does not always have to go with steak & game

Good food is good food and good wine is good wine and should be appreciated in whatever pairing works for you

This should be the same for your Wing Chun, just because you’ve only ever used Biu Mar (Arrow Stepping) when training Pak’s does not mean that it cannot be used with different footwork.

Learn each piece individually then it is up to you how you bring them together later, and as always, keep an open mind.
