Hi Carsten,
I like it, sounds like you have a plan eh?
First of all well done on gaining that certificate (Lazy bones! LOL), of course this is for watching and digesting the ‘Complete’ Module, couch assisted or not.
Warming up properly is super important but even more so is the repeat watching of the videos, so it’s not only beneficial to watch…[Read more]

Hi Zindy and welcome!
We have a few members in NYC, in fact I went over there for a long weekend and we got to train together for a few hours in the park.
Settle in and let me know if you need anything as you go.

Hello Antonio and welcome to the family.
Cape Verde sounds like such a wonderful place.
Wu Sau, mmm, what do you want to know?
Wu Sau means guard hand and is primarily the rear hand position (with the front hand being Run Sau (asking hand)).
The mun Sau is more interesting as ‘Asking hand’ is ‘asking’ for a contact, whether that is in defence…[Read more]

I do believe I’ve just answered this over in gmail???
A good question though so thank you for sharing it here..
As a simple guideline, grab what you can!
This tends to mean that against a punch, Lap over the Bong, as the fist is protruding, in Chi Sau however, against a relaxed Ding Sau (upright Fook Sau (or ‘vertical bridging hand’)), and…[Read more]

Hi Ben,
All well here thank you, hope you’re safe too.
Good question, for me it is paramount that the pattern is correct, applications, MUST BE open to interpretation, so please do play with this.
With this move the idea of the scraping is to represent the feeling of someone else’s hand, as in going for a Pak/palm, but it’s likely that no one…[Read more]

I think the part you are referring to is the introduction to Wing Chun, as for when we learn these things, all in good time, everything has been laid out to make learning easy, and everything will be covered soon.

There is no reason why the download should not open? Could you use a different browser and see if it happens again?
remember this IS a download, therefore it will not just open from the site, you will need to download it and THEN open it from your computer
As for:
‘how many programs have to be done”
These are not expected, only ideas for what…[Read more] -

Forgive me for giving the simple answer, but the way I did it was, 1,000, ten times.
By that I mean 1,000, then a form, 1,000 then some kicks, 1,000 then some stepping… and so on.
Do not try to do them in one go, although tat is of course possible, take your time and build up to this.
I hope that makes sense, and well done for wanting such a goal.
