Wojciech! Welcome!
I love NYC, I was there two years ago to meet with a group of our online family, we trained for a few hours together in the park.
If you join us on our Facebook group maybe you could try to track them down at some point?

I’ll approve your request as soon as I see it.

Hello Rishabh,
Well this is a tough question indeed.
The more you practice something (anything), the better you get at it, and, in time we hope that whatever the thing is you are improving within, will also help to give you confidence.
The first thing I would say is that you must start by believing in yourself, if YOU think you are good, and…[Read more] -

Hi there,
Unfortunately due to the varying time slots for peoples opportunity to train around the world, I had to settle on one fixed time, we did try a 3.00pm slot for a while but then there was only one person joining in (and even that was not every week!).
With your membership as a ‘SERIOUS ABOUT’ member, you do have a 48 catchup available,…[Read more]

Hi Michael (sorry for the delay),
I’m not sure I’ve heard of that one before, either it’s an occasional glitch or perhaps it’s just acknowledged that you’ve marked it and is just then taking you back to see where you now wish to go?

Hi Brian,
First of all it may be quite a while before you get to the dummy.
Then, we teach what is called Mo Jong, meaning No Dummy, it’s the form but without the need for a dummy, of course we teach the full dummy and all its applications, what I am saying is that there is an alternative.
We also recommend an inflatable dummy which we sell for…[Read more]

Hi Nick and thank you for such a wonderful introduction!
I love your comment, ‘to further my knowledge of the system’ what a perfect reason to choose to join us.
It would be an honour to have any member of our family join me in Leeds, let’s hope so eh?
Regarding my training in HK, people have often said that they’d be interest to know ‘My…[Read more]

Great question!
I’m guessing that you’ve watched the video on this technique? (If not, pop it into the search engine and watch)
As for the reason for the Bong, good point, I should actually mention this alongside the teaching of that technique.
For now though, I found this old blog from 18 months ago which explains just this point.
Hope it…[Read more]

Hi Rishabh,
Sorry for the delay, I went looking for it and then got drawn into the site for hours!
You seem to be right, I cannot find a video on it either?
I will keep looking and if I don’t have one then I will of course make one for you. Tomorrow will be my first time back in the school for more than five months, and therefore the first…[Read more]
