Hi Marc,
So sorry but on Thursday we had so many students saying that a they could not attend, that I assumed there’d be a no-show.
Hope to see you this week at 7-8.00pm GMT.
Kind regards,
Sifu π

What do you think to the Ip Chun Wing Chun promotion idea gang?
Snappy and to the point?
Really trying to promote the system for Sifu’s birthday, he’s very happy and hoping to keep it that way. π

Hi Lee,
I had a video on this but for some reason I cannot find it?
As for your question:
‘The low hand on the garn, you describe as going under the third arm, kinda like a huen. Why is that please? I do do it all the time without issue but why do we do it rather than going straight for the palm strike above the arm.’This is so we get used to…[Read more]

Oh and as a side note, Sifu himself does this from time to time when he wishes to focus on wrist energy, but it not the usual way.
If you remind me, I will tell a story of this at the Thursday class.

Hi Lee and how nice to hear from you.
First of all, sorry for the delay but with being away on holiday a couple of weeks, I had a back log of things to catch up with.
Regarding your question, what YOU say is correct, however (and I do not like to contradict others…. but)
“So I was told that the Wassau hand when it comes back has got a remain…[Read more] -

Hi Rayhan,
Did you get onto the FB group? I don’t remember seeing you there (although I’ve been super busy).
Glad you are training with us and hope t see you live one day soon.
Sam Kwok and I are the same qualification level, so being taught by someone in his lineage is nowhere near what you have now. π
That way can be VERY watered down,…[Read more] -

My dear Michael,
Thank you for sharing this and I am so sorry for your sad experience.
It is true that an ego can be a very bad thing, and I could not agree more regarding the reasons for our training.
I hope you are ok and that things will return to how they were (this can happen). I wish we had gotten together for a beer when I saw you last…[Read more]
