Yes I had that lesson bookmarked. The part where I am confused is about the Biu Mar with the 90 degree angles and kicks. Are you lookin for us to do a 90 degree step, and then execute a front kick?

What about giving some of your clients Wing Chun lessons? 12 hours is a long day, but…what about extending it by just one hour, and having a Wing Chun lesson after all the personal training is done?

If you are married or have a girlfriend, try to get her involved.

Ask friends.

If you have kids, try to rope them into it too.
