how to create a folder and have
all videos in order from my phone.

Sorry for the confusion
and thank you for checking that out
for me Sifu 🙂

Hey Sifu,

If you’re not able to delete it
it’s ok. It’s not important information.

Thank you.

James

It’s in the assessment video upload
section

Hey Sifu,

I was going through my files
and I accidentally put the
wrong document in the video
upload section and it won’t
let me delete it HELP! If you
can just delete it for me
that would be awesome.
Sorry about all this.

Thank you.

James

Hello Nicholas,

I use the home training program list
in my training routine, it covers a lot and it’s a great exercise.
You can find the list in the help options go to downloads and it
will be Home training program #1.

Cheers Nicholas.

James.

That’s good. Very fun and comical too. Good one.

Thank you for your responses. I haven’t done either. Referring to Lee’s response. Sifu, I would like to be educated more thank you. I am fully capable of doing wing Chun. But I have depression and anxiety issues and being a caregiver for my family member who has challenges too. So any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
