Find Strength And Push Yourself

 

Yesterday was one of those days, you know the kind, when you feel like you just cannot be bothered.

 

Like finding it difficult to set off to the gym when is cold, raining or even snowing outside, putting your trainers on to go for a run when it’s just too dark outside or simply pretending to yourself that you do not have time for practicing some Wing Chun drills.

 

But giving yourself that little push is always worth it afterwards, the reward you get from having made that extra rep, covering that extra mile, throwing those extra punches or having completed any training session.

 

So make the effort and find the strength, from somewhere, anywhere, and you’ll be glad you did.
