Okay at 61 years old parts don’t move like they used to. One of my knees acts up when applying the turning punch. Especially when I lean Slightly back.
Any recommendations on how to adjust this issue.?

Question: I am having an issue with doing a technique, and throwing a punch at the same time. I am used to frist block, then punch.
In Tae Kwon Do for instance we block then counter. I know it should look like Tan Sau and punch at the same time for example, but my punch is after the Tan Sau not at the same time. What can I do to improve this issue?.
