Social Distance Training Ideas (Part 2)
Sorry for any delay in this follow up blog but it’s been a VERY busy week changing school premises.
In Part 1 I looked at using Dan Chi Sau and Lap Sau without the contact as a way of checking that you are following the correct path and not simply being carried by more experienced arms.
Here is a very simple idea (although in this video I show more of the build up to such an exercise) where the idea is to train to watch for and read, body weight, by using Biu Mar in what I call, ‘Mirror stepping’
