It’s A Tree

 

This is a very simple phrase I use to remind students that, if an application seems a little odd, or its angle of approach seems unfeasible, then try to remind your self:

 

‘It’s a tree’

 

The dummy will never step to you, therefore, often when we step to it, this can represent the opponent (The wooden dummy) moving toward you.
