Hong Kong Day Four
On Thursday 23rd we started the day with some roof top training, a very Hong Kong thing to do, and I took the guys to the very place where I myself had trained, year after year since 1991.
Several of the guys had not had any practice yet with the second form, Chum Kiu so we took the chance to start their introduction to form there.
After lunch we headed off to the Po Lin Monastery on Lantau Island, home of the largest Buddha in Asia for some further practice and to see the sights, or what we could with the heavy cloud cover!

Then we headed back to Hong Kong where it was lovely to meet up with some of our Wing Chun Online guys and discover how the site had helped them.
