Home From Hong Kong

Hi Everyone.

Sorry for the lack of blogs last week but I’m now home from Hong Kong!

It was so nice to visit Sifu Ip Chun and to see my Kung Fu brothers once again.

The group I took with me were wonderful, being so courteous, polite and controlled, while at the same time sharing skills and learning from everyone they trained with.

The perfect balance.

I’ll be dropping clips, notes and blogs over the coming week, but for now, here’s a llittle clip of me playing Chi Sau with Sifu, and do remember;
