Hi There –

I’m sorry if I missed this, but I can’t find part 2 for section 6 – at least I think there is a part two, as lesson 8.4 ends with a Bong Sau (8.4 MUK YAN JONG FAT BASIC – SECTION 6). Can you point me in the right direction?

Hi there – I’m new and noticing a decent amount of knee pain that is distracting during Siu Lim Tau. I’m older (49), but fairly fit for an old guy :-). I suspect I’m doing something wrong – open to any tips, videos, articles, suggestions – thx!
