Hello Sifu,

Do you think you would be able to give me feedback on this please? I’m kind of in a hiatus from this as I’d like to be clear on where I stood when I filmed this. Being honest, I’m lacking that sense of progression since this, and I’ve really lost impetus in my training as a result.

I hope you understand?

Hello Sifu,

Happy to bring a small ray of amusement!

According to Mike Harding the Martians might be found in ‘Uddersfield, although that’s probably in need of confirmation.

I have indeed kept the originals, so please do advise me of whether I need to re upload outside of a time of alien incursion.

Best wishes,
Richard

Hello Sifu,

I think I managed to successfully upload my grading in 3 sets of files today. However 2 things happened when I did:

1) As each file completed uploading it seemed to disappear – should this happen? All files were less than 50MB
2) the countdown to Assessment reset from around 2 days to around 36 days (admittedly this happened when I’d…[Read more]

Thank you Sifu,

That’s very helpful. I was just mindful not to carry too much from previous study and get the wrong feel for it.

Best regards,

Hello Sifu,

My previous training armed with with the ability to generate explosive power at the end of my strikes/techniques (relax => power => relax), and I’m seeing that carried forward into Siu Lim Tau.

When I practise, I believe I’m switching the power on and off at the end of the technique (certainly not powering through the whole…[Read more]

Hi, I’m also not at the point of attempting a grading. When I am, is it ok to upload videos for each section of the grading? If necessary I can join them.

Thanks in advance.
