Lee, I just looked at Module 7.8 as you referenced and you are correct. Si-Fu says on the bong Sau our wrist should be in center when practicing on the wooden dummy. The year is almost over and I planned to do one assessment a year if possible. You can post the results here if that’s easier for you.

Yes sir, I always got the catch up lessons lol. It was the live zoom meeting that I can’t seem to get on for some reason. When I click that link it sends me straight to Vimeo instead of zoom.

Correct Sifu, I’ll be trying to log on to the live zoom class in a little bit. And I’ll record what happens when I try to. And as far as the catch up lessons. They do work and yes I did try safari, chrome and Firefox.
