I’ve been practicing my chain Punch, and I was wondering if my structure is alright. Also, as far as the Yee Chee Kim Yeung Ma stance is concerned, am I doing it alright? Does my pelvis rotation look alright? Some feedback would be appreciated a lot. Thanks.
